Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is soft play rental and is it safe?
    • Soft Play rental is an indoor/outdoor area with play equipment made from soft materials; a soft play area. These activities provide a safe environment for children ages 0-5 to play, explore, and make friends. Yes, we are very safe! We want to provide the cleanest environment for your little ones, therefore we use a safe disinfectant cleaner to wipe down prior to each event. Follow us on our Instagram to see us in action during set ups, pick ups and all the sanitizing in between.
  • Do you set up outdoors?
    • Absolutely! As long as the weather permits, we will set up outside for any event. We do ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones. We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing.
  • What if it rains?
    • To ensure the safety of the little ones, we will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. We ask that you plan an indoor area as a back up should it rain on the day of your event. Deposits are non refundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as credit to reschedule your rental for a future date within the next year and we will work with you to rebook upon availability on our schedule. Please note: Once Hooray Let's Play has fully set up all equipment and your event time has started, a refund WILL NOT be issued. ​
  • How do I book?
    • The best way to book your special day with us is to click on the "Contact us" tab and submit an inquiry form with your preferred soft play set. plus your date, time and location to check availability and any delivery fees involved. Once you hear back from us visit the "Book Now" tab and fill in the booking form, Fill this out within 24 hours of hearing back from us to ensure your party package is still available. Read and sign the waiver found under the about us section and email it to us at Once we have this we will send the invoice for the deposit - ($50 down payment). Once I have all 3 items we will be booked!
  • Is there a damage deposit?
    •Yes, we charge $200 in cash at the time of setup for the damage deposit ontop of the cost of the packages. We hold onto this until after the party, if there is no damage or excess cleaning we will give you the $200 back.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We currently accept all our payments via major Credit Cards or you can use your bank account.
  • How much is the deposit amount?
    • Deposit is $50 down payment. This amount will secure your date and will also be deducted from your remaining balance. Remainder balance is due 24hours prior to your event date. Please keep in mind that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid.
  • Do you offer a payment plan?
    • Not at this time, sorry for the inconvience. ​
  • Do you offer additional time?
    • We do! It is $50.00 per extra hour.
  • How does the delivery work, is there a fee?"
    • We will arrive 45min-1hr prior to your event start time to begin set up. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (like stairs, lack of parking, etc.) Please let us know prior to the event so that we may plan accordingly. There is a delivery fee for any travel time more than 20mins and it will vary on location/distance from Bloomington.
  • Are your rentals available for pick up?
    • So sorry! We do not offer pick up.
  • Can we make changes to our rental?
    • Yes, but make sure you are happy with your selection at least 3 business days prior to your event so that we may plan accordingly on our end. ​
  • Do you have any rules?
    • Yes (bummer, we know) Main rules are: No Shoes, No Food or Drinks, No Sharp Objects, No water/pool play near the soft play. Additional rules will be listed on your contract.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    • We hope you don't have to cancel all the fun, but we understand things happen in life. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to notify us as soon as possible at Cancellations 7 business days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations less than 7 business days prior to event date will result in the loss of your deposit. If you do not receive a response via email within 24 hours, please call or text us at 952-220-2996.
  • Are you Licensed and Insured?
    Yes! we are both and LLC as well as insured.
